Baked by Susan Bakery opened in the fall of 2010 in the heart of the upper village of Croton-on-Hudson, NY where the baking takes place in full view. All Baked by Susan baked goods are always made from scratch using all natural, local ingredients and fruit in season with no preservatives. We use butter, flour, and eggs just like baking is supposed to be. We ice every cake by hand.
