Each cake, cupcake, muffin, scone, brownie and blondie, pie, tart, tea bread and savory breads, cookie and biscotti is expertly made fresh daily, batch by batch. Baked by Susan is a bakery located in Croton-on-Hudson, New York with a delicious menu with items that changes daily and customers who come back again and again.

Baked By Susan uses vintage bakery equipment, from the gigantic oven, antique mixer, retro stove top, and our glass-front display cases. These items are not just nice to look at but have been brought back to life and are the focal point of our baking.
