Cookies and cookie platters include yummy options such as the classic chocolate chip, coconut sugar, gingersnap, lemon sugar, oatmeal raisin, jam thumbprint, lemon drop and many more.

Biscotti is also a classic treat that goes great with a cup of coffee during dessert. Three flavors of delicious dunkers are on offer, including apricot-oat, chocolate chip, and cranberry -cornmeal. These sweet treats are also a great option to buy in a platter and save them for mornings on the go!
The brownies served at Baked by Susan come in a variety of different styles and flavors like the classic brownie (offered as a blondie or classic chocolate). There are also a number of cookie bar selections available as well. Some of these delectable flavors include lemon bars, pecan bars, raspberry cheesecake squares, key-lime coconut bars and Rice Crispy treats. What if the summer party is for my child?
Not a problem. We love kids at Baked by Susan, and offer party services hosted at our Croton-on-Hudson location.
Each party package includes all the fixings for each child to make their own pizza! While the pizza is cooking, each child will get to decorate two cupcakes; one to use for the celebration and one to bring home in a box that each child decorates.

Homemade lemonade is also served. We’ll provide the paper goods and a candle for the birthday child to blow out! Our cupcake party includes all the bells and whistles. Kids will enjoy the excitement of creating and designing their own cupcakes. Leave the setup and cleanup to us while you enjoy the party!
